Attitude Approaching the Off-Season

As the season wraps up, and many tryouts conclude. Now more than ever is the best time to develop your off-season plan! Take a break from the game and look big picture and move through your off-season with detailed intention. 

  • Put your plan on paper
    • What are your goals! How are you going to accomplish them? What does your plan look like?
  • Attack your weaknesses
    • Stay positive, but be honest with yourself – what needs to improve in your game to get you to the next level? Turn your weaknesses into strengths! You’ve got 5+ months to do something about it!
  • Prioritize your mind + body
    • Take care of your temple! Nutrition, rest, mental breaks – these are all part of your developmental process not only in the sport but with your growth as a great student-athlete!

Remember, a goal without a plan is just a wish! Speak your goals, dreams, and develop into existence!
